Checking the transmission fluid in a manual transmission can be tricky.
There are few car manufacturers who have considered an indicator bar to show the size of the gearbox oil in the car
It is recommended that you ask an expert in this field to check the oil level of your gearbox when you change the engine oil. This will only take a few minutes.
Oil level in automatic transmission
If you have a car with an automatic transmission, unlike cars with a manual transmission, your car will have a dipstick for this purpose.
Be careful not to confuse the gearbox indicator rod with the crankcase (this is a very common mistake). For most automatic cars, checking the oil level is done by pulling out the dipstick while the engine is running and warming up.
